This 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom home is set in the middle of no where which is perfect for my clients who are looking to down size from a busy lifestyle and create a place to retreat together. This U-shaped home will consist of a right and left wing created a sheltered courtyard space in the centre which will allow my clients to enjoy outdoor living.

This was a very important part of the design, to create a comfortable outdoor living space so that the owners could enjoy being outside in the nature reserve. 

​

 

 

The right wing will consist of the second bedroom with a bathroom and study space. To the left there will be the main bedroom, walk in dressing area and en-suite bathroom. The scullery area will be just off the open plan kitchen space with a central dining area and small living space. The covered porch is spacious enough for an outdoor dining table aswell as lounger spot. In the open courtyard there will be a fire pit with lush greenery to create a defined space. To the right of the courtyard is a small splash pool to cool off during the hot summer months.
