House Bothasig

An existing house in Bothasig will be transformed when it gets a new addition. My clients are planning to add a narrow but spacious layout to the back of the existing house. The ground unit will have a new guest bedroom and bathroom added to the north side with an open plan kitchen, dining and entertainment area. Due to the limited width we have made use of the wall to put enough storage and breakfast bar. The entertainment area will have a built in braai, the staircase leading to the top floor and a cosy deck space leading to the existing pool area which will create a lovely space to entertain family and friends

 

 

Project Images

The first floor will house the main bedroom, a walk in closet, en-suite and a study area. They will enjoy a lovely decked space from their bedroom with views of table mountain. Champagne breakfasts here will be a must.
 
Don’t worry, the existing house will also receive some TLC with some fresh paint and maintenance. A new carport was added infront of the garage to allow for an additional covered parking area.
