New Homes & Renovations

Designing Spaces Around the Way You Live
A home should do more than look good. It should support the way you live, make everyday spaces work better and feel right for the people using them.
Poché works closely with clients to understand their ideas, priorities and concerns before turning them into a clear architectural direction. From early concepts and spatial planning to approvals, visualisation and project support, the aim is to make the process feel more manageable, collaborative and less intimidating.
This fits the strategy goal of positioning Poché as more than a drawing service, but as a trusted guide throughout the project.

Council submissions

1. Understanding the Vision
Before drawings can begin, we meet to discuss your ideas and goals for the space.
2. Turning Ideas Into a Workable Concept
An initial design is created, materials are chosen and estimated costs are drawn up.
3. Design Development
At this stage the client reviews the finalized plans alongside elevation views and any necessary changes are made.
4. Plan Submission
Documentation is prepared for the local authorities and submitted for approval.
5. Construction
The appointed contractor takes possession of the site, and building can begin!
6. Handover
At project completion all documents are gathered and the occupation is then granted to the owner!
The Process
