Our second commissioned project at this stunning sea-facing block of flats, this apartment's facelift will consist of a newly designed open-plan kitchen, dining and living area. This space will lead to a balcony overlooking the ocean, accessible via newly installed sliding stacking doors. The second bedroom will be fitted with new cupboards, while the existing bathroom is to be transformed into a small guest bathroom with a study nook. The main bedroom will have its own en-suite bathroom as well as a walk-in dressing room.

Both bedrooms will lead out onto an enclosed balcony, providing shelter for those windy Cape Town days. 
Style updates include new vinyl flooring throughout the apartment, new tiling in the bathrooms and updated ceilings to incorporate the new lighting layouts. Fresh new paint colors paired with decorative tiling will completely rejuvenate this apartment, with an interior worthy of its magnificent view.
