Built from 2 x 12M Shipping containers with an added steel and timber decked area overlooking Bettys Bay Mountains and Beach side, this is the perfect location to put your Airbnb. The site is perfectly orientated North so that the stacking and sliding doors can open up the deck area to the views and sun.
Each end of the containers will have the bedroom suites with pop out sections for the built in robes. Both bedrooms have sliding doors leading onto the decked space. Each en-suite will be equipped with a large walk-in shower, vanity area and toilet with windows opening up towards the mountain side of the property.
In the centre of the containers will be a large L-shaped Kitchen area, with closed combustion fire place for those cold winters and then a open central space for a lounge suite. This space will be opened up to the North Deck with 3M stacking doors.

The enclosed deck space will have a lovely built in wood braai at one end and hot tub to the other side. This leaves the centre of the deck open for a dining set for entertaining. All North facing stacking doors will be able to open up on those hot summer days but also allow you to close up the space to warm up in winter.

Portions of the containers will be left exposed and contrasted with Nutec cladding and timber accents.
