Not such a tiny home but a lovely spacious second dwelling located on a property in Somerset West where the owners had a small space to work with to place a cottage. The home was built from 2 x 12M containers and the interiors revamped to create a spacious open plan kitchen area to the right corner with a dining space that leads onto the decked area via two corner sliding doors. In the centre of this space is a  large living area.

To the ends of the containers is a singular bedroom and bathroom area.

Two opposing roof structures were built over the containers with one roof extending over the entrance deck space which leads into the home. This is the perfect spot for a morning coffee or glass of wine watching the sunset. 

This home is the perfect compliment to a property looking to put a second dwelling on whether it's for family to stay in or create an extra income by renting it out.
