This design starts with four shipping containers, each transformed into a private bedroom suite — complete with its own ensuite bathroom. The layout is intentional: each room has its own sense of privacy, quiet, and space to retreat, while still feeling connected to the rest of the home.

To bring everything together, we introduced a central steel-framed structure. This houses the main living area, a bright and open shared space where cooking, relaxing, and entertaining flow naturally. Within this central hub, we included a separate scullery to keep the kitchen practical and uncluttered, as well as a defined entrance foyer that gives the home a welcoming and grounded arrival point.

A long, linear entrance deck leads you toward the foyer and also branches off to a private bedroom deck on the east side — perfect for morning sun, coffee moments, and quiet starts to the day.

On the north-facing side, the home opens up completely to outdoor living:
• plunge pool for cooling off in summer
• spacious sun deck for lounging and gathering
• and a covered deck section for shaded afternoons and long, slow dinners outside

From here, a spiral staircase draws your eye upward to the east-facing rooftop balcony. Elevated, private, and designed for sunrise light — this becomes the place for morning yoga, late-afternoon sundowners, and stargazing nights.

It’s a home that balances privacy and togetherness, practicality and ease, container structure and warm living moments — made for slow mornings, sunny days, and golden hour views.
